Michael W. Endres joined SSC, Inc. in 2002 after more than thirteen years in the security industry. Mr. Endres has held various security positions throughout his career that include Operations Manager, Security Systems Administrator, Crisis Management & Special Events Security Coordinator and Human Resources Manager. This hands-on experience in security operations has prepared Mr. Endres for his subsequent career in human resources for our industry. Mr. Endres manages the SSC HR team with employees in each of our four operating offices. He is a current member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).

 A security professional as well as an HR executive, Mr. Endres is a former Chairman of the Westchester County, NY chapter of ASIS International. It was from a broad spectrum of experience that he gained the position of Director of Human Resources at SSC in 2005. He has been recognized as one of the top security officer recruiters in the Northeast and continuously keeps the employee turnover rate at SSC well below the industry average. Mr. Endres focuses on delivering the best possible candidates to SSC clients and his stringent standards for employment are evident in the low turnover numbers and in employee satisfaction, development and advancement at SSC.

Mr. Endres is a graduate of Long Island University and holds post-graduate degrees from Texas A&M University.
